Mike Robinson is a multi‐talented professional from a small northwest Pennsylvania town whose career spans military service, engineering innovation, and imaginative storytelling. A United States Air Force veteran turned automation engineer, and the author of Realm of Shadow, which is his first novel. Born and raised along the Allegheny River of northwest Pennsylvania, Mike developed a deep respect for discipline and camaraderie at an early age. Drawn to service and adventure, he enlisted in the United States Air Force shortly after high school. During his time in the military, he honed critical skills in leadership, problem‐solving, and technical operations—qualities that would later shape his engineering career and creative endeavors. Parallel to his military and technical career, Mike has always nurtured a passion for storytelling. Fueled by a lifelong love of fantasy, science fiction, and many weekends of table-top and RPG gaming, he crafted Realm of Shadow, a novel that weaves epic world‐building with enthralling characters. His writing style reflects both his analytical mind and his imaginative spirit, inviting readers to explore distant realms while rooting them in believable, emotionally resonant experiences.
